"As this is my first time taking part in a Sushi Competition, I am excited by the challenge and new experience. I look forward to see and learn from other sushi chefs in Singaoire and around the world through their own creations. My goal as a sushi chef is to achieve the highest standards in the culinary world and prove that a non-Jap sushi chef can be amongst the best. This competition will allow me to benchmark myself against my peers. "
