Reason for participation
I've always liked contests , it is my way to keep up, demanding myself to learn new techniques and new products, make new friends and professional contacts. This contest attracts me especialy because its my first application for a sushi contest and also becasuse it is a global contest so it will be challenging. Also the GSC will test my sushi knowledge and sushi skills. My goal as a sushi chef (not sushi man as my master does not like that definition) is to still learning step by step, and learning from the mistakes which makes to define my technique, skills and knowledge about the art of sushi. I am a neophyte and eventually I pretend to be as good as my teacher.
