Reason for participation
I was born in May 11th, 1970. When I was 16, I had my first encounter with Japanese cuisine. From then on, I have connected with and dedicated myself to it, making it as my profession. My career was not smooth and I couldn’t find my reason to be a chef, until I met a Japanese chef who helped me find my passion for cooking. To have more freedom of cooking, I left the chef and started Shin Tou Zen Japanese Restaurant in 2007.
I was the supervisor and director of Taipei City Creative Gourmet Association and the founder of Cathay Japanese Cuisine Development Association.
