Reason for participation
Tastem restaurant wants to teach and it is teaching Japanese culture.
I have always wanted to comunicate the values of Japanese culture through my gastronomic experience. I think I offer this culture in every bite of my dishes. As a sushi chef, I want to convey my passion and my knowledge to our customers, making them more interested in the Japanese culture and cuisine.
The sushi offers many possibilities and I would like to develop these possibilities that Mediterranean culture offers me.
