Reason for participation

"I have fallen in love with sushi making ever since I started working in a Japanese Restaurant.
I feel that it is the most wonderful cuisine in the world. It is not only tasty, pleasing to the eyes in term of presentation and it is also a fresh and healthy food.
I am taking up the challenge to participate in this Sushi competition to proof my skills and also to socialise with other chef to learn more ways of preparing sushi. My goal is to achieve top position in this competition.
As a sushi chef, my goal is to produce sushi that is hygienic, original and good tasting sushi. I want to keep upgrading myself and to present sushi to as many people as I can."
