Reason for participation
"I want to take this opportunity to showcase my skills which I have acquired over the 19 years of culinary experience. I am passionate in what I do, and with this participation I will also at the same time will get to learn from other sushi chefs and this will help me to better sharpen my skills as a sushi chef. I have been working at Mandarin Orchard Hotel, Singapore, since 2009, and this competition will raise me to another platform of being a renowned Sushi Chef thus fulfilling my goal. This will be a great pathway of progression in my career as a Sushi Chef."
