Reason for participation

Having immersed in the sushi profession for over 10 years, I seldom hear of sushi competitions and seminars held in Taiwan. With a passion for sushi but no place to learn, I have always felt sorry.
As a sushi chef, my goals are not only to provide fresh and delicious sushi for customers and to bring about wonderful visual effects in the experiences of tasting sushi, but also to teach junior chefs the beauty of sushi in my spare time and to convey the arts of food to sushi gourmet.
I hope to improve my culinary skills in the challenge and to absorb knowledge about sushi in the seminar. Also, I want to learn from other chefs and hopefully obtain an opportunity to undertake advanced studies in this event.
