This is a good chance to evaluate myself. Keeping improving is what I expect of myself. The culinary arts is an endless study. I hope to evaluate my ability in this challenge. Not only can I evaluate myself, I can also see my shortcomings and exchange my views with other chefs. As a sushi chef, in addition to the improvement of professional skills, kitchen hygiene and cleaning are also necessary. From personal hygiene to the cleaning of the environment, everything should be strictly conformed. The ingredients of sushi are mostly raw ingredients, so it is very easy to tell whether the ingredients are fresh or not.
