Reason for participation

I think that sushi is the most familiar food to Korean among other Japanese food. Taste of sushi is determined by chef's skill and quality of ingredients. It would be really honor to become a Korean representative chef. I will do my best at the competition and will try to make Japanese food positioned more open to public.
