Reason for participation

I wish to participate to the Global Sushi Challenge to be judged on the quality of my sushis as well as on my creations by renowned sushis masters. It is rewarding to get ready for such a competition and to be able to represent France during the Finals in Japan. It has been 10 years since I am in the world of sushis and, day after day, I always have the same pleasure to prepare them and to create them. This competition will also allow me to know my level regarding sushis.
