Reason for participation

I have entered the culinary profession for almost 20 years, most of which are spent in sushi making (Genki Sushi Taiwan). I hope to learn more professional sushi cuisine in the challenge and the seminar. As a sushi chef, my goal is to prepare fresh ingredients with professional skills in a healthy and delicious way and satisfy everyone who loves sushi.
