Reason for participation

For me, cooking is an art, a sharing, a passion.

Through Global Sushi Challenge, I shall have the possibility to make enriching meetings with other chefs that are fascinated by cooking in general, but also and especially by the art of the Sushi, or the talent to transform a quality food into a product of exception.

However I am also a competitor at heart, this challenge will thus allow me to surpass myself to be confronted with the best and consequently acquire new techniques and new knowledges.

Finally as a head sushi chef, I expect that new perspectives can open to me, both on the human point and the professional. Furthermore being totally self-taught in the art of the sushi, it would be an enormous privilege and a reward for the work I did during the last five years.
