Hello, I have been in the culinary profession for over 11 years since I was 16. I was very lucky to choose cooking as my career. It became my passion after I dived into it. Japanese cuisine especially appeals to me. The reason why I want to participate in the seminar is because I hope to know more about Japanese cuisine and the preparation of sushi
